MTB Skills Event Overview

All Ride Guide MTB skills events aim to build a healthy mountain biking community and encourage learning through a variety of fun activities.

Our weekend events take the form of either a two-day camp or a single-day clinic. Each day is structured with morning skill development sessions and afternoon instructional rides.

One-Day Clinics

You can choose to focus on only Fundamental or Intermediate skills during a one-day clinic. With detailed teaching and fun progressions, we will cover all of the skills. After lunch, if the conditions allow, we will embark on a ride to put the skills into practice.

Multi-Day Camp

Typically a 2-day weekend experience, the first day of our camp will be spent learning the fundamentals of mountain biking, followed by intermediate skills the next day. We'll work over all of the skills in the mornings with fun progressions, then apply what we've learned on the trail in the afternoons after lunch.

What To Expect

There are skills to be developed for everyone, from beginners looking for solid introduction to those with years of experience who want to focus on more challenging trails.

With stationed features and courses that we either bring or use at the location, we can give a step-by-step educational experience with various levels of difficulty. We will take participants to the next levels of difficulty based on their comfort level, so they can discover what they are capable of while effectively applying each skill.

Make sure to check out our individual event location pages to see if the nature of the local trails matches your interests and event goal. You can discover our next event and locations below:

Regardless of which event you choose to attend, you'll gain access to fun bike setup opportunities. During the event, we will provide beverages, snacks and lunch. You'll also get product discounts and other goodies. This will be a fantastic experience for all, and we hope to see you there!
